Certified Home Watch Service

Home Check Systems, Inc., Home Watch Division proposes to conduct routine home inspections at your residence while you are away.

We wish to qualify our services as follows:

1. Inspection service to be performed from once per month up to four (4) times per month
2. Flush all bath room toilets/add chlorine
3. Flush drains with running water
4. Check all plumbing, roof and windows for leaks
5. Check refrigerator, freezer and water heater
6. Check circuit breakers
7. Run the dishwasher and garbage disposal
8. Check all windows and doors for security
9. Remove any and all pests
10. Retrieval of mail and newspapers; if applicable
11. Verify the lawn/pool maintenance is being performed as scheduled
12. HVAC system check; including checking inside air temps and humidity
13. Monitor weather and inspect after storms
14. Monthly reports to be sent via electronic mail at time of invoicing

Home Check Systems, Inc., Home Watch Division will require access at the community security gate, entry key and alarm code, if applicable.

Owner to be notified immediately of any emergency and approval prior to remedy/repairs when required.

Owner will not be charged when the home is occupied* (prorated when necessary).

Owner may cancel this agreement at any time with a 30 day written notice.

Other services offered:

• Prepare and clean home upon arrival & cleaning upon departure
• Monthly Pool Service and Maintenance (Licensed Swimming Pool Contractor)
• Twice per year HVAC Maintenance Clean and Checked (Licensed AC staff)
• Monthly air filter cleaning or replacement
• Hurricane Preparedness Services (shutter placement and removal) with property damage assessment
