Jerry W. Triplett

President and Owner

Graduated from North Carolina State University in 1970 with a B.S. from the School of Forestry and received a Master Degree in Education in 1976 also from NC State.

Worked in construction with his father from the age of 12 and for a contractor throughout his college career. Upon graduation in 1970 he started 'Triplett Construction Co. Inc.' and in 1974 started 'Home Check Systems, Inc.'

Robyn DeVille

Director of Sales and Marketing

This Licensed Real Estate Salesperson is a life-time resident of Collier County.

She has worked in both the general residential and commercial real estate market. Has held upper management positions in Sales and Marketing for large corporations, specialized in public relations and worked for a national, publically-held Home Builder.

She has worked as Administrative Assistant for Home Check Systems, Inc. since 2003. She has experience in many fields including residential & commercial real estate, insurance, executive offices and accounting.
