A: Yes. We think this is very important to insure that furniture and/or personal items have not masked problems or defects. There is a charge for this extra service.

A: We welcome your call and your questions! We want to make sure you know exactly what you are buying with no ambiguities. We can be contacted by telephone, facsimile, electronic mail or through our web site.

A: No. Home Check Systems, Inc. does not repair work therefore the professional policy of this company is to refer you to the entity (vendor) performing your work to provide you with an estimate. Home Check Systems, Inc. will gladly provide you with a list of vendor names for repairs if you prefer.
Q: After the inspection how long will it be before I have the report?

A: You will have your custome report within 24 hours or less. Home Check Systems, Inc. can send your report via facsimile or through electornic mail. The report may be sent directly to you and/or to your Realtor. A follow-up original will be sent via U.S. Mail. 

A: Yes. Home Check Systems, Inc. encourages your presence but it is not necessary. We do respectfully request that if you do attend,  to hold your questions and comments until the entire inspection has been completed. After the insoection we will review the report with you and answer any of your questions.
Q: Do I really need a Radon Test?

A: Absolutely yes. Florida is made up of pourus sand, limestone rock and coral this allows for gases to perculate to the top (pipes and elevator shafts included). We have found between 60-70% of our test have hsown elevated levels in Lee and Collier Counties.  Currently it is mandatory in many other counties in Florida and we expect the same in the near future. Q: Do I really need to have a mold inspection?

A: Yes. Many insurance companies are declineing claims related to moisture and mold. It is important for you to have this settled prior to your purchase.

A: Yes. We accept Mastercard, Discover, American Express or VISA and checks made payble to Home Checks Systems, Inc. in U.S. Funds.
