				All pilings have protective battens/   caps/   wraps.

			Seawall:	All wall slabs apprea to be in good/    fair/   decayed   condition. The slab is level anf plumb.
				The wall cap is in good/   fair/   poor/    cracked/   spalling   condition.
				The codition of the wall tie-backs and dead men are not known.

It should be understood that this seawall inspection is cursory in nature and not technical and/or scientific.  A more technical analysis of the seawall would require the services of a state registered engineer trained in structural analysis.
